This requires work, but I will get you from point A to point B as fast as possible and minimize your mistakes and learning curve. You have to want to learn this, be serious, want to move fast, can utilize the resources, take action, follow direction and ask questions.
The strategy we focus on is centered around hand crafting the perfect credit resume that checks off each of the bank’s underwriting requirements to get approved for what’s called a “No Doc Check Approval.” That means they do not ask for bank statements, tax documents, etc. This system is the exact same process I used to get approved for a 25K and 50K 0% card in a matter of weeks of each other on my AirBnB business that was 1.5 months old, personal income was only 2K/ month and no business revenue. When you follow the 0% Funding Formula in the right sequential order, there is no reason why you won’t be able to get funded either.
Banks want to give you money. They either get their money back or they make money off of you paying the interest after the 0% introductory period is over. The 2 main things that will determine if they give you funding and for how much is:
1. Are you a trustworthy borrower?
a. This means having a 700+ credit score, however a credit score merely gets your foot in the door to at least be considered. You can still get denied or low limits even if you have an 800+ score.
b. Have an optimized credit profile. My team, and I will do a deep dive head to toe credit analysis. Anything bringing down the profile, ie. high utilization, negatives etc. we get it removed. Anything we can add to the profile to make it look more attractive, we add it.
2. Do they think your business is attractive enough to lend to?
a. Don’t simply apply online. Your application goes thru a computer algorithm and likely to get low limits or denied. Instead, apply thru a Relationship Manager when possible. They have influence on the underwriting process and will help you get approved for higher limits. However the only way to work with them is you must meet their underwriting requirements prior to prequalify and you need someone who can connect you with them aka me.
b. Know exactly how to present yourself to the banks and make a great 1st impression. You need to know exactly the word for words scripts of what to say and the exact data points of what to copy and paste on the applications.
